Data destruction in Sutton
Data destruction for Sutton's offices, medical research campus, schools and local businesses.
Secure data destruction in Sutton
Sutton town centre has a cluster of office buildings near the station, and at Belmont a specialist cancer hospital and research institute form a major life science site. The borough is also known for its schools, and Beddington has a sizeable industrial area.
Clinical and research data is governed by consent: when a study closes or a participant withdraws, the data may have to be destroyed and the destruction recorded. We can erase selected files and folders in live environments as well as complete devices, and our tools log each action in a tamper-proof audit trail. Schools and offices in Sutton, Cheam and Wallington benefit from the same rigour.

How we destroy data
We agree the method with you before any work starts, based on the level of destruction you need and whether it has to be certified for compliance.
- Overwriting: old information is overwritten with new data, and the equipment can be reused or sold on.
- Degaussing: the magnetic field is eliminated and the storage device is destroyed at the same time.
- Physical destruction: disk shredding or crushing, which you can witness.
When the work is complete we issue a certificate of data destruction. Most jobs can be completed the same day, and there is no minimum order. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, data protection registration ZA060744.
