Data destruction in Croydon
Data destruction for Croydon's office towers, public sector departments, retailers and small businesses.
Secure data destruction in Croydon
Croydon is south London's main office centre. The towers around East Croydon station house government departments, insurers, engineering consultancies and call centres, all of which process personal data in volume. Along the Purley Way, retail and trade parks add customer databases and finance applications to the mix.
Large floorplates mean large refreshes, sometimes hundreds of machines at once. We can erase at that scale, on-site if required, and return a report that lists every device so nothing is unaccounted for. Smaller firms in Purley, Coulsdon and South Norwood get the same certified erasure for a handful of PCs, with no minimum order and no long-term contract.

How we destroy data
We agree the method with you before any work starts, based on the level of destruction you need and whether it has to be certified for compliance.
- Overwriting: old information is overwritten with new data, and the equipment can be reused or sold on.
- Degaussing: the magnetic field is eliminated and the storage device is destroyed at the same time.
- Physical destruction: disk shredding or crushing, which you can witness.
When the work is complete we issue a certificate of data destruction. Most jobs can be completed the same day, and there is no minimum order. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, data protection registration ZA060744.
