How long does a data destruction take to be completed?
The time it takes depends on the amount of data to be deleted and the method chosen for the destruction. Most data destruction can be done the same day. We will give an accurate time frame as soon as the equipment reaches our premises or, for on-site data destruction, when one of our technicians arrives at your address.
Is the data secure if the destruction is carried out off-site?
Our premises have controlled access with a number of security measures in place, including bollards, metal shutters, an intruder alarm and CCTV surveillance. We carry out checks on all our new employees, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (data protection registration ZA060744).
